discus throwing. After the end of the function, the chief guest distributed the

went to our campus wearing traditional dress and sang song in chorus welcoming
the New Year. Then artists sang folk and bawool songs. After that we enjoyed
batasha (cake of molasses) and Khoi (parched rice). I ate panta- Ilish with
great pleasure. I wore new clothes in the morning. I went various places like

buildings and relics. This proves that kings and landlords lived there. We also
took snaps of the ancient buildings and relics. At 2.00 pm we took lunch in a
restaurant. Then we arranged different competitions like taking seat with
‘music’, singing songs, reciting poem, showing magic etc. The winners were

new place and also with the new foods you are having there. Don’t worry for
this at all. Everyone has to face such troubles. But they are for the time
being. Within a few days, it would become as usual. As regards the new place,
always move here and there to observe the behaviour of the people and try to
mix and exchange views with them. If you do so, you will soon be able to make
friendship with the people of the new place and the new place will no longer be
new one to you.

about my first plane journey. Now I am writing about it.
We started our journey
from Zia International Airport by an internal flight. I was happy to get a seat
beside the window. I looked down from my window and saw everything very small.
I was very amazed to see the floating clouds around me. We reached Jessore
Airport at 10 p.m. It was an extra ordinary experience to me. I really enjoyed
my first plane Journey.

about my visit to the zoo. Now I am writing about it.
I went with some of my
classmates .We went by bus. We reached there at 11 o’clock. At first we bought
tickets and went inside the Zoo. We saw tigers, bears, elephants, monkeys,
giraffe, pea-cocks, deer and many other animals and birds. It was an extra
ordinary experience to me. I really enjoyed it.

how our school deferrers from yours. Now I am
writing about it.
Your school is located in the rural area. But ours one is in the capital
city. Your school is tin-shed where as our school is made of brick, which is a
five –storied building. In your letter you have written that you have 20
teachers but we have 43.In your school there is no library. But we have a big
and rich library. Besides, the number of students in your school is 500 but our
school has 1200 students. One thing surprised me that in your school there is
no electricity. But we cannot even spend an hour without electricity. Actually
there is much difference between your school and ours.

Physical exercise is essential to
keep our body fit and mind sound. There lies a close connection between body
and mind. We can not think a sound mind without a sound health. It is physical
exercise which enables us to build a good health. Physical exercise makes our
body active and the muscles strong. It also improves our power of digestion and
blood circulation. It gives strength to our brain. So we should take regular
physical exercise in order to maintain a sound health and lead a happy life. So I will tell you to take Physical exercise regularly.
